The Role
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for being the day-to-day customer partner to ensure all business needs are delivered and programs are on track towards goals. The role requires a creative and strategic approach throughout the delivery of advocate marketing programs and the ability to continually collaborate on ideas that optimize and ultimately maximize program results. Your Day-to-Day

  • Own day-to-day communication and build relationship with customers; developing a value-add, strategic partnership with all brands
  • Review and evaluate program KPIs against the overall strategy, continually delivering optimizations to achieve program goals
  • Lead creative ideation around activation strategies, messaging and participation tactics that resonate with the bloggers and advocates
  • Develop a deep understanding of key customer brands and brand-specific verticals to positions yourself and SocialChorus as an expert in the category
  • Passion and curiosity around digital, social and word-of-mouth marketing that drives continual learning within the space
  • Have flawless, client facing quality of work (spelling, grammar, format, etc. in all communication with clients)

Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Experience working on social, digital, advocacy or word-of-mouth campaigns
  • Experience managing Fortune 1,000 customer relationships/accounts
  • Dedicated work ethic and desire to always over-deliver for customers
  • Have implemented a plan, reviewed and understood the metrics, which lead to optimization recommendations
  • Ability to think strategically, solve problems and use professional judgement
  • Self-starter
  • Keen understanding and genuine interest of social media
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and navigating a technology platform
